We've created a feature for reporting any in-app issues you may come across. To report an issue, please follow these instructions:
Tap on the the 3 bars on the top left corner of the Bluesmart app.
- Tap on "Support"
- Tap on "Report a Problem"
- Fill the bug/issue description.
Why send a report?
By reporting any issues experienced, we help our customer experience team, as well as our mobile engineers, gather more specific information regarding your Bluesmart app version/software/suitcase. This is very helpful to identify any possible issues you are experiencing.
