How-to: Report issues through the app

We've created a feature for reporting any in-app issues you may come across. To report an issue, please follow these instructions:

 

  1. Tap on the the 3 bars on the top left corner of the Bluesmart app.
  2. Tap on "Support" 
  3. Tap on "Report a Problem" 
  4. Fill the bug/issue description.
  5. Send.

 

Why send a report?

By reporting any issues experienced, we help our customer experience team, as well as our mobile engineers, gather more specific information regarding your Bluesmart app version/software/suitcase. This is very helpful to identify any possible issues you are experiencing.
